Sahil Suresh

Sahil is a current MD/PhD student at Tufts School of Medicine, advised by Mike Halassa.  His general interests lie in computational modeling at the circuit level in order to examine the role of thalamocortical interactions in psychiatric disease states.  Sahil received a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Cornell University and worked as a research associate at NYU and Columbia University, studying reward-driven auditory representation in the posterior dorsal striatum under Tanya Sippy.  Outside of the lab Sahil enjoys making art, exploring the city and watching movies.
